Great customer service, team went above and beyond to make sure my new car was ready ahead of time for me. Six months later we had a check up to make sure everything was ok. Really pleased with my purchase, the car was fairly priced and I got what I was after price wise for my part exchange. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this dealership. Recently purchased a BMW X3 from them and the whole experience was brilliant. Had spoken to Lewis before coming down and the car was out and ready to be looked at, we were given the keys and told to take our time looking at the car and to raise any questions or concerns we had. After going for a test drive, there was no pressure at all regarding purchasing the car and all of our questions were handled in a very professional and friendly manner. We paid a very fair price for a well kept, low mileage car which has been fantastic to drive. Overall my experience from start to finish was brilliant and the paperwork and payment was a seamless process - I also had some questions after purchasing the car which again Lewis answered in a very professional and friendly way. We were also offered a lift to and from the garage from the local train station which was extremely helpful to us and a real sign of top customer service. Big thank you to Lewis and all the team.

Had great experience buying a car quick and easy. Had a slight issue with the car took it back next day and the issue was sorted free of charge, very good customer service from Lewis and the mechanic.

Bought my car from Approved Cars Croydon back in 2019, after seeing an Ad on auto trader and travelling nearly 2hrs to view it. We were taken out for a test drive where I fell in love even more. After arranging finance with a 3rd party, I thought the level of service would stop there. But it really didn't. The car was put through MOT and AA full service where the minor issues were rectified before sale was finalised. We were trying to find a suitable time to go and collect the car when they offered to deliver the car to me 60 miles away! Above & beyond service! I still own the car 3yrs later and have no desire to upgrade just yet, but if and when I do, ACC will be at the top of my list as a go to dealership. Thanks Lewis for the 5* service!

Passed my test and bought my first ever car from here, absolutely in love with it. Staff were really nice and friendly, cool atmosphere. It probably took 5 minutes to pay and transfer the car to myself, which is very fast. The grounds outside are clean and open too. Will definitely be back in future when I want another one. 😄
